    1. Scope

    These terms cover your use of drawnonward.org. Client engagements are governed by the written statement of work and agreement signed for each project, which take precedence over these terms.

    2. Use of the site

    Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it.

    3. Content and trademarks

    The site's text, design and DrawnOnwarD marks belong to DrawnOnwarD. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission.

    4. Project terms

    Stated so founders can rely on them: fixed quote after a free roadmap; milestone payments; weekly demos; the client owns 100% of the code and intellectual property from the first commit; NDA on request; no equity requested.

    5. Warranty and liability

    The website is provided as is, without warranty. Our liability for your use of the website is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits what we owe a client under a signed agreement.

    6. Changes

    The current version is always at this address, with its date.
